Meet the Founders
Before Office Vault existed, Suniel Seejiram spent years working closely with businesses selling, implementing, and supporting print and scan management software. Across industries, he saw the same problem again and again — lost paperwork, poor filing systems, and teams wasting valuable hours searching for documents instead of doing their jobs.
Most of the solutions available were expensive, complicated, and designed for large enterprises. Smaller businesses were left trying to manage critical information using a mix of paper files, shared drives, and email attachments.
Together with co-founder Sameer Galal, the vision for Office Vault was born: build a document management platform that is powerful enough to solve real business problems, but simple and accessible enough for growing companies to actually use.
Office Vault was designed from the ground up to help businesses capture, organise, and find documents quickly — using AI and automation where it adds real value, while keeping people in control of their data.
Today, the company continues to operate on a simple belief shared by both founders:software should give businesses back time, not create more work.
